Business Internet Banking Plus (BIBPlus) - Activate User/Reset Password

To proceed, please take note that you will require the following:

- BIBPlus Group ID
- BIBPlus User ID
- A valid email address or mobile number with BIBPlus Service
- SecurePlus Token
For user activation, if you do not have the above items, please wait for your user ID letter, password mailer and token to be delivered to you. Please follow the instructions on the user ID letter to activate your user ID.
For password reset or unlock user id, please ensure you have maintained a valid email address and mobile number with UOB BIBPlus Service. If you don’t have, you can download the form to update your contact information,or approach your BIBPlus Company admin to update.

For UOB Business Internet Banking User ID Self-Activation

In consideration of the Bank activating my user ID for UOB Business Internet Banking Services at my request, I agree and confirm as follows:

  • a)  I confirm that I have read and understood and that I agree to be bound by the UOB Business Internet Banking Service Agreement and Country Addendum(Indonesia) (which is available at the Bank's website uob.co.id) and any amendment thereof as the Bank may make from time to time in connection with the use of the said service(s).
  • b) I confirm that all the information provided is true and accurate as at the date of this request.
  • c) I agree to indemnify the Bank from and against all costs, claims, demands, losses, charges and expenses which the Bank may sustain, incur and be liable for as a result of the Bank agreeing to accept my request herein.
For UOB Business Internet Banking User ID Unlock/Password Reset

In consideration of the Bank agreeing to unlock my user ID and reset my Password for UOB Business Internet Banking Services at my request, I agree and confirm as follows:

  • a) I confirm that I remain responsible for all transactions made with my old or de-activated Password and I shall be responsible for all transactions to be made with the new or re-activated Password.
  • b) I confirm that I have read and understood and that I agree to be bound by the UOB Business Internet Banking Service Agreement and Country Addendum(Indonesia) (which is available at the Bank's website uob.co.id) and any amendment thereof as the Bank may make from time to time in connection with the use of the said service(s).
  • c) I confirm that all the information provided is true and accurate as at the date of this request.
  • d) I agree to indemnify the Bank from and against all costs, claims, demands, losses, charges and expenses which the Bank may sustain, incur and be liable for as a result of the Bank agreeing to accept my request herein.
Business Internet Banking Plus (BIBPlus) - Aktivasi Pengguna dan Atur Ulang Kata Sandi

Untuk melanjutkan, mohon perhatikan bahwa anda memerlukan beberapa hal berikut ini:

- BIBPlus Group ID
- BIBPlus ID Pengguna
- Alamat email yang benar atau nomor telepon yang terdaftar di layanan BIBPlus
- Token SecurePlus
Untuk dapat melakukan aktivasi, jika anda tidak memiliki informasi diatas, mohon tunggu penerimaan surat konfirmasi ID Pengguna dan token anda. Mohon ikuti instruksi pada surat konfirmasi ID Pengguna untuk melakukan aktivasi ID Pengguna anda.
Untuk pengaturan ulang kata sandi atau unlock ID Pengguna, mohon pastikan bahwa alamat email dan nomor handphone anda sudah terdaftar dengan benar di BIBPlus. Jika belum, anda dapat mengunduh form untuk memperbarui informasi data anda atau anda dapat menghubungi admin perusahaan untuk melakukan update.

Untuk Aktivasi ID Pengguna UOB Business Internet Banking

Dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa Bank setuju untuk melakukan aktivasi ID Pengguna saya untuk layanan UOB Business Internet Banking sesuai dengan permintaan saya. Saya mengetahui dan menyetujui hal berikut ini:

  • a) Saya menyatakan bahwa saya telah membaca dan mengerti dan atas hal tersebut saya menyetujui akan terikat pada Perjanjian layanan UOB Business Internet Banking dan Addendum Sesuai Negara (Indonesia) (tersedia pada halaman uob.co.id) dan setiap perubahan yang mungkin dilakukan oleh Bank dari waktu ke waktu sehubungan dengan penggunaan layanan.
  • b) Saya menyatakan bahwa pada saat permintaan ini,semua informasi yang saya sampaikan adalah benar dan sesuai .
  • c) Saya setuju untuk melepaskan Bank dari seluruh biaya, klaim, tuntutan, kerusakan, denda dan biaya yang mungkin Bank alami, terima, dan bertanggung jawab atas akibat dari Bank setuju untuk memproses permintaan saya ini.
Untuk Unlock Pengguna UOB Business Internet Banking/ Atur Ulang Kata Sandi

Dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa Bank setuju untuk mengaktifkan ID pengguna saya dan mengganti kata sandi saya untuk Bisnis Internet Banking UOB, saya mengetahui dan menyetujui hal-hal berikut:

  • a) Saya menyatakan bahwa saya bertanggung jawab untuk semua transaksi yang dilakukan dengan kata sandi lama saya atau yang di non-aktifkan dan saya bertanggung jawab atas semua transaksi yang akan dibuat dengan kata sandi baru atau reaktivasi.
  • b) Saya menyatakan bahwa saya telah membaca dan mengerti dan atas hal tersebut saya menyetujui akan terikat pada Perjanjian layanan UOB Business Internet Banking dan Addendum Sesuai Negara (Indonesia) (tersedia pada halaman uob.co.id) dan setiap perubahan yang mungkin dilakukan oleh Bank dari waktu ke waktu sehubungan dengan penggunaan layanan.
  • c) Saya menyatakan bahwa pada saat permintaan ini, semua informasi yang saya sampaikan adalah benar dan sesuai.
  • d) Saya setuju untuk melepaskan Bank dari seluruh biaya, klaim, tuntutan, kerusakan, denda dan biaya yang mungkin Bank alami, terima, dan bertanggung jawab atas akibat dari Bank setuju untuk memproses permintaan saya ini.
